I wanted a set of light dumbbells for warm-ups and found this York Barbell pack. Each dumbbell is 2.5 lbs, so you get four pieces. The rubber coating is nice—no marks on my floor. However, the price of $126 for just 2.5 lb dumbbells is steep; you're paying a lot per pound. Also, they are fixed weight so you'll outgrow them fast. For a true weight lifting routine, you need heavier options. These are best for specific low-weight exercises, but I'd suggest looking elsewhere for value.
