Our take
I got the 4 lb pair to start, and they feel solid for light toning. The neoprene coating is nice and grippy, not slippery at all. The no-roll head really does keep them in place on the floor. My only gripe is that the weight range is limited—if you need heavier, you'll have to buy separate pairs. For the price, they're decent for beginner workouts or rehabilitation exercises. Would recommend for light use.
